Refund Policy

At Chic Closet Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@chicclosetboutique.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging
- Ship the package to the address provided (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error)
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will:
- Inspect the items within 3-5 business days
- Send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed
- Issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we're happy to help! Contact us at support@chicclosetboutique.com to arrange an exchange, subject to availability. We'll cover the shipping cost for exchanges due to sizing issues.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@chicclosetboutique.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your shipment and arranging for signature confirmation if needed.
Refund Exceptions
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
